Travel is not an easy time to keep up cardio or weights, and I took a vacation from it all. Now, I am barely living to tell the tale. Ack! I went to the gym this morning. Started the weight circuit as usual, and realized I had become a wimp very quickly. I had to reduce some of the weights by 5 lbs. in order to complete my sets. Bah! Now, I'm feeling shakey and tired from the workout. I didn't change my cardio any. that was ok. I really need a nice massage......
