Birthday...belated

Birthday was Tuesday.  I got happy birthday wishes on Facebook that made me smile.  Several were from 2old2play friends, including DSmooth!  Sweet.  Gerry got me a Kindle.  He knows I love to read and also love my toys.  Woot!  Another toy!  We are still eating the cherry cheesecake (my weakness) that was my birthday cake, fully equipped with candles and all.  And he sang!  ooooooo.  I luv being sung to.   It was all so very special.  But!  It's not over yet.  The cruise we are leaving on Saturday is to celebrate both of our birthdays.  After all, you don't have a milestone birthday like, um, well, anyways, not every year.  I have been with 2o2p what, 5, maybe 6 years?  I was old as the hills then, and I am older now.  But, my heart and soul are still very, very young!  The one thing that we didnt do (thank you, God!) is Texas Roadhouse.  Yes!  Last year he took me there and they make you sit on a saddle and whoop it up and sing a crazy happy birthday song.  And Yee Haw!!  So embarrassing.......  I passed this year due to a very bad day at work, that we won't even mention, and the knowledge that I would NOT be able to avoid the saddle. 

So, I am off work today, catching up and starting to pack.  I work Friday.  And Saturday, CRUISE!!!!!  It is waaaaay cool that my man can make a day like a birthday last almost 2 weeks.  Nice.  And, MJ?  You know very well how old I am.
