Daniel my brother......

Here I sit, totally addicted.  Yes, my name is Penni and I am addicted to my laptop.  My brother is across the room from me, watching TV.  And I am here, with my laptop, blogging.  We went on a nice hike on one of our may trails this afternoon.  Both of us were moaning a little about not having worn our hiking boots.  We took it easy, tho.  Bro was huffing a little on the uphill parts.  Poor guy.  He had glaucoma in one eye and is blind on the one side, but is very, very functional.  He's still working, reads some, and does whatever he wants.  But. climbing the rocks and avoiding the roots sticking up on the path, hmmm, he was challenged!  We both did well, tho, and got to talk a whole bunch!  Ragging on our spouses was the ultimate fun!  Now we both know the truth about the other!  LOL!!!! 

I got new toys today.  I broke my old pedometer, so I ordered a new one that was hightly rated on Amazon.com.  i also thought, gosh, if I get free shipping for spending more than $25, I might as well get the Fat Loss Monitor that goes with it.  Fun to set up, great to know my body fat % is absolutely right on!  In fact, a little low normal.  That just goes to show how much "bigger" I am than I used to be.....  Well, maybe not.  The fat:muscle ratio is soooo much better than it was, say, 10 years ago.  I was "skinny" then.  Now I am BUFF!  No pain, no gain......

Why do guys like to watch TV so much?  Now bro and hubby are both staring at the boob tube.  Crazy man.  Oh well, they say the same thing about me and my computer.
