Done

Yesterday anxiety was so high I couldn't remember my email address.  Or my phone number.  Or much of anything.  Yes, I put a deposit down on that loft.  It is done.  I have 2 weeks to get it together, then.......

I will be very close to work.  Bonus!  It is one bedroom, so that means the gkids prolly won't be staying with me much.  But there's always sleeping bags and such.  It is actually fairly large for a one bedroom.  And there is a nice gym, swimming pool, tennis court, and god knows what else.  My next door neighbor has a dog!  Well, I am getting at least one kitty, so there!  It's an end unit, and two story, so no one is above, below, or on one side.  Oh, did I forget to say?  I got all kinds of deals on it cuz it was "on sale".  First month free, all fees waived, some utilities paid, forget which ones, a washer and dryer, not just a hookup, and what else?  Dunno.  But it was a great deal!  Oh yeh, monthly rent knocked down almost $100 for the duration of the lease, which will be until May 2010.  Nice.
