Help!

Slow? Well, consider you are playing pretty good sized maps. If you want it to be really fast paced, wait until the full release comes out with smaller maps, and play some rumble pit on them.

graphically it isnt bad.. but yes it should look way closer to Gears then Halo2 in graphics quality.. sucks overall... it was slow, and really an old game.. which is why I call it Halo 2.5.. ill buy it for the SP, but thats it..

For starters, I don't get why people are so gung-ho about playing a BETA version of anything. I didn't think the game itself was that bad, but I only played one round so far, then went back to playing Crackdown. There wasn't really anyting there for me to keep me playing, nothing I can't wait until the full version for, anyway. I actually like that it's a slowed down UT, as you describe it. Too fast and it wouldn't be enjoyable on a console.

Hey Media- Only reason I caught it is because you mentioned the Mac. I am assuming you are running Safari? If so, start up firefox and go back to your main blog and edit, and you will see the tools you are looking for. Hope that helps.

Halo grabbed me in 2001 with the original campaign. I was let down by the second...rubbish. H2's only saving grace was a fun multiplayer. Greatest game ever it is not. It is one of the greatest console multiplayer shooters...the Goldeneye of the GC/PS2/Xbox era.

I feel the same way Poonga, but I'm going to have an optimistic view of it. I never played H2, I think if we keep plugging at H3 and learn the minute details, it'll shine a bit more. Until then I'm in the same boat as yourself.

That's cool that there are people that feel the same way. However, I still would like to understand the menus. In the beta can I setup a match just between me and a friend? Are their video controls when watching the film?
