I hate this!

This is sooo unfair!  I am healthy as a horse and always ready for anything.  But, I was at the chiropractor this morning, and, when I went to get up off the "table", I had a nasty vertigo attack.  I know, I felt it coming on for 2 days now, but, I was in denial.  This one was pretty bad.  My world started swinging back and forth, and so did I.  My eyes reacted, as well.  I couldn't focus.  I had the whole shibang......clammy sweat, "dizziness", nausea, headache, etc.  That was around 10:30.  Fortunately, hubby was there, too, but we did drive separate cars.  Once I got upright and able to walk, I made it to my car (after some argument!) and drove home, hubby following me.  I made it!  I passed out on the couch, which is all you can do during an attack.  That is all I remember until about 1:00.  I woke up feeling much better.  Most of the symptoms gone, just left with the hangover.  I call it a hangover cuz it can last for days and I am just not right.  I still can't turn my head or look up.  That would be dangerous.  But, I can see ok.  And instead of sweaty I am now freezing.  Typical.  I really, really hate this!  Spoils my day!

"Look at that car ahead, Jimmy! I bet she's drunk." "Nah, she ain't drunk, she just has a touch of vertigo." No jumping jacks for three days!
