Moving, again.....

We closed on the house yesterday!  Yay!  Now, once again my schedule has been changed at the last minute.  I am starting to get a bit annoyed with the control they have over my life.  I have to work until 11:30 Saturday night, then double back and work days Sunday.  Now, we haven't moved into the new house yet, so the chances of my even getting 6 hours sleep are slim to none.  I am still driving 1 1/2 hours to and from work.  Does anyone care???? NOT!!!  Done with that..... grrrrrrr

The house is a delight.  I just wish we could move in just by wishing it so.  Moving is so stressful and it is the third time in 1 1/2 years that I have done it.  Why did I unpack?  We have hired movers to come on 1/3, my only day off until the weekend.  So, instead of taking several days or a week to get this done, I have to do it all in one day cuz neither of us can get any time off of work to do something as unimportant as moving a houseful of furniture, stuff, and more stuff.  I haven't even been able to unpack my beautiful new monster computer yet.  It is at the new house, still in the box.  No internet.  Why unpack it?  Internet is coming 1/5.  The only day the man has off during the week.  Who has time to play with the new computer, anyways?  My new job owns me, his old job owns him, and that is that.

So, my New Year's Wish?  Normalcy!  I want this roller coaster ride that has lasted almost 2 years to STOP RIGHT NOW!!!!!!
