Well, a lot want to go, but just can't for whatever reason. I know I took this job on for my own reasons, mostly just to keep busy and perhaps have some fun.... But, it was a helluva lot of work at first, getting bids, hunting for the right location, etc. I don't understand, but then, why would I? Lessons learned...
1. Location is important....nothing wrong with the location, that I can see.
2. Cost...cheap is best!
3. Timing...it's everything in life, being in the right place at the right time.
4. Commitment! Get 50 people to commit, then you will have the 20 you need.
Oh, I have learned other lessons, but these are the major ones. I had lots of support from local people and some have helped me out in ways that were very nice. But, such is life. Boooooo.
