Normalcy

Is that a word?  I think so, but that's what is starting to happen in my life again.  Yay!  After more than 2 years of roller coaster rides, I think I have settled down to some kind of pattern.  I have moved 3 times.  Started a new relationship and ended the old.  Had 3 jobs, which I know cuz I have 3 W2 forms for my income tax this year.  Gained 10 lbs and lost 5.  I'm told it looks good on me. Got a new hairdo.  I now have shoulder length hair and wear pony tails sometimes.  Nice.   A helluva lot of not so drastic life changes going on, too.  That is all settling down.  Whew.  Didn't think I would ever get to this point again.  And, the house we bought?  Condo, really.  They made us sign a paper that acknowledged that we are NOT on the flight path of the airport, but that was a bold faced lie!  Not that it bothers me, but planes flying over my head all day and night could be disturbing, if I let it.

I have lost interest in gaming, a bit.  Well, not altogether.  Gaming is something I enjoy, but it was also an escape mechanism from my prior life.  Now, I have so much to keep me busy, that gaming is something I fit in when I have the time, instead of hiding in my cave.  Don't hide any more.  Our living room is set up like a game room, tho.  Our desks face each other with beautiful monster computers on each.  His is Alienware.  Nice.  Mine is a brand new high end Dell that he got me for Christmas.  Also nice.  TV is across the room with our gaming consoles hooked up, but rarely used.  See me on xb live?  Musta been someone else.  lol  PS3 is a great blue ray player, but not used for anything else unless kids are here. 

I am even starting to think about a road trip.  I miss my Canadian friends.....Dave, Shannon, Marcie, Sean..all of you and your new little ones.  I would luv to see all of you and the babies.  Boooo.  Don't know when that will be, but I am thinking about it.  There are so many more of you I miss, too, but......  I now have a huge Italian family that I play a big part in.  I don't know how to stretch myself that far.  Perhaps someday soon.
