The route is set, now let's get going

On Saturday April 19, 2008, I begin my quest.  Yep!  I will be packed and ready to go at the crack of dawn.  My first stop is Knoxville, TN.  This is one of my friends I've never met.  But I have a pic of him....very funny, but at least I know what he looks like!  He has promised to take me out drinking, get me smashed, and carry me home...  He also has told me he will bring his wife along to take pictures.  Yikes!  From there, I will head to Toronto via Chicago.  I drive thru Kentucky, Indiana, then Illinois to stop for a couple days in Chitown.  Sightseeing and shivering!  Hope the weather straightens up!  I hate cold.  From there I will actually drive thru my home state, Michigan, which should prove interesting.  Don't tell my brother!  He'd be mad if I didn't stop.  Arriving Thursday in Toronto and spending the weekend there.  I finally get to meet Dave's wife and his kitty cats.  Or is that just one?  Monday, on to see another friend I've never met, in Peterborough.  Then, J-Cat, finally I will get to you, prolly on 4/30 (Ottawa).  Ack!  I'm starting to lose track of the days of the week.  Anyways.....  On the trek home, I will do New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, then NC.  I have a friend in New York and one in Virginia I wouldn't mind seeing, but, we shall see.  Time is a factor.  It might be a nice break from driving to stop by, tho.

So, that is my itinerary.  Sorry, Meemoos, can't get to Oregon this time.  Cya at the Lan.  You, too, Jeep.  Well, we could get together sometime cuz you are pretty close.  Think about it.  We'll do lunch at the Cheescake Factory.  Yummmm.  And the rest of you?  I'm game if you are.  My route will not change, cuz I have changed it so many times.  But, if you are "on the way" let me know.  Or maybe just a little "out of the way".  Who knows?  Could be fun!  Any takers?
