SOLD!

We finally decided on the house we want to buy.  Oh yeh, it was a VERY hard decision.  And, at the same time, I have started my new job and find that it takes me an hour and a half to get back and forth, which means 3 hours total for the day.  I work 10 hours, so that basically means I eat, drive, work, and sleep, not necessarily in that order.  So, we put an offer on the house.  It took FIVE HOURS to write up the contract.  Well, we did have some perks we wanted thrown in.  And they accepted the very next day!  Happy?  Yeh, very!  I will be much closer to work and the place is sooooo nice.  Smaller, but oh so nice.  We wanted to downsize, and be maintenance free, so this is perfect.  All should be completed, closed, and in move-inable condition before the end of December.  Christmas?  It will prolly be spent packing and moving.  I will miss Williamsburg, but not the awful drive back and forth.
