Stuff to do today

I have been a slacker just too long!  I let my gym membership go last month cuz I wanted to switch to one closer to work.  But, as it turns out, I am now almost 3 months without a workout and omg, it's beginning to show!  I haven't been on a scale for that amount of time, but my scrubs are getting suspiciously tight.  I'm too cheap to buy new ones, so I guess it's back to the gym I go.  Oh, yeh, scrubs are a lot cheaper than a gym membership, but, well, the gym is for me.  Scrubs are a work necessity.  Get the difference??  They will do an "assessment" of where I am physically cardio and strength-wise, and hopefully (or not) measure my fat...oooo, that sounds nasty.  How about BMI?  That's better.  I have always had a very low BMI, but lately, I just don't think so.  We shall see.

To cut or not to cut?  Yes, I am letting my hair grow.  The other "date" I have today is with the hairdresser.  Ya, I go about every 4 weeks because my hair grows amazingly fast.  It's very thick and heavy, so I am having a hard time deciding which way to go.  It's already starting to go over my ears, which is kinda yukky, but will get better soon, I hope.  I will have a talk with my hairdresser about the best way to go about doing this.  It's sorta a big deal cuz I haven't had hair any longer than just barely touching my collar in many years.  I may have to have several trims to even it out some.  Dunno.  But, the idea of being able to pull my hair back into a pony tail is strangely enticing.

It's also time to do a bra and underwear run.  Well?  They are expensive!  I have to break into my piggy bank every time I do it.  lol  Working full time has it's benefits, and new undies is one of them!
