Thoughts about LAN planning..again

I have received several bids for hotel space & guest rooms for the weekend of April 25-27, 2008.  This is the weekend AFTER the Boston Marathon, which means hotels won't be as busy at this time.  Hopefully.  There is one I like a lot.....5 miles from the city center, somewhat reasonable room rates, and about the best price for meeting space that I have seen so far.  The internet is wireless, but that could be solved with routers, am I correct?  I know not everyone has wireless internet on their xboxes and/or computers.  Problem is, they only guarantee these rates for a week, then you have to reapply.   So, if I like this one hotel, what next?  There is still the F1 Boston thing.  Although, it would prolly be better to have the event at the hotel, and peeps can go to F1 Boston if they like.  It's not far.  I am just sorta thinking out loud, or rather, on print, right now.  They also require a $500 deposit.  That causes me to hesitate a little.  Ahhhhh, we shall see......
