Titles are a Pain

I went to the gym yesterday and worked with a weight trainer.  Cool!  She helped me adjust some of my settings and weights, and showed me a few things i hadn't done before.  For the next 6 weeks i need to cut back on the weight (hard to do, the no pain no gain attitude), and increase my reps.  Work on endurance, then after that I can go back to the heavier weights.  And I need to do 30 mins of cardio, not a problem.  Oh, she showed me this one machine that works on abs.  Ouch!  I'm such a wimp....  Well, who likes to do situps, crunches and such?  Well, i need a lot of work there, so i will do it.  Yuk.
