I had my annual mammogram this week.  I have having breast sandwiches!  So, what do I get in the mail today?  They need to repeat it.  There is an "area" that needs to be looked at again.  This has happened twice before!  I got as far as the surgeon, once.  What a drag it is getting old....  Oh, that's a song!!!!!  Anyways, I am not really worried.  Prolly that cyst has just gotten a little bigger, or something......  Ack!  Perhaps there is Herceptin in my future????  Or AC...wonder how I would look bald??  Hmmmm, not so funny....

Been there too, pearl. Got to the point of biopsy and they couldn't find the offending lump on ultrasound. No worries, woman all will be well!

Mammograms are my business. Let me know if you need any info. I do hope if not this time, then next, you have a DIGITAL mammogram. You should get the results of the "additional" views BEFORE you leave the facility. You can ask for the Radiologist to speak with you before you leave or just have the tech. tell you. I would say 90% of all "call backs" are just superimpositon of tissue.
