2 Months later

Well I've tried and posted, emailed and spoken to a number of people and I'm still unable to complete FALLOUT 3 BROKEN STEEL. I seem to be the only one with this problem. After 60 hrs of gameplay it's a bitch to realize it was all for nothing especially wasting 800 MS points and finding out more DLC is on the way.

DEAD SPACE: After  walking into the ZERO-G room and go to the panel turning off the gravity my boots keep me in place. The map and pushing down on the right toggle switch shows that I need to walk up and over the wall to get to the other side. I can't get off the platform though so how do I get to the other side? I also searched the entire Main Lab and can't find the THERMITE. I did find the secret room with the statue.
