Football ... ARGH!

Eagles lost to the Saints in a GREAT game.  I really had my hopes up for the eagles this year, they were playing like they were on a mission.  The entire city had given up after McNabb went down and yet they fought on and improved drastically .. they were the underdog and loving it and they weren't overconfident.

Early on westbrook cost them a few big plays, 1st downs ... and late it was the right guard who was playing his 1st game for an injury in the 1st quarter ... but NO played stellar and shut the eagles down when they needed to.

The crappy part is seattle really sucks this year (they don't even know what consistency means much less have any), the bears are way overrated (IMHO) - so the REAL competition was NO.  After that it SHOULD have been an easier game and into the bowl (where i'm sure any NFC team is going to get their butts handed to them ... SD and Indy look TOO good (although Peyton is not playing like a man possessed like he was early in the year).

And there's my football vomit for the day.  I woke up so many times last night (between the eagles game bouncing around in my head and my son waking up crying).  ARGH!  At least it wasn't sunday night and the weekend was over!
