It doesn't pick the video up where you left off if you stop and replay (no big deal) but the quality looks great and it's working great on my little MCE machine (not a stud by any means).

The new MCE hotness though is super-cool! I don't know if it was an update pushed down by MS (I wasn't aware they did this if it was) or if it was something that transcode 360 installer ships with - but I have options for "more pictures", "more videos", "more tv" ... these all lead to internet sites such as MSNBC, Yahoo (videos, etc), XM, NPR (stream any show they broadcast), pictures of the day ...
It's all SUPER cool and well presented. This combined with the sports ticker/fantasy ticker/scores etc around the currently playing program means MCE is starting to tie things together in a very "media center" way.
Kudos to MS - nice look and nice functionality. And now with my harmony 680 things work on the remote just the way you'd expect them. I'd like to take screen shots (with my camera) and post some of the stuff i'm talking about (if there's any interest).
