School

You know, I've gotten some calls today from schools - I'm currently talking to Kaplan University, and as far as I can see there's only really once class that stands out on their Communications bachelors program is public speaking because I know I'll have to have that as an author for doing readings and book signings. So far though, Full Sail is still looking to be the best regardless of the high cost for their program because their tuition is locked in, meaning it won't change. The guy I talked to at Kaplan said that theirs could change, and I already know that University of Phoenix tuition can change as well. The guy from Kaplan said I did really well on the assessment, getting 24 out of 30 questions right. The only reason I didn't get anymore is because I only had 8 minutes per section and ran out of time. He will be calling me next Tuesday so this weekend I need to call Full Sail and talk to them about grants and financial aide as well.

I got the information package from them and was looking it over, and my GOD! Their campus is SWEET! Makes me wish I could move to Florida to go there! Backlots for movie shoots, recording studios, computer labs for animation and other programs, it looks AWESOME! So that's what's gone on today so far as well as working on editing the first chapter of the story I shared at Albuquerque Ink Slingers so I can post the edit for the members. They can look it over and email it to me since I'm not going to the meetings anymore.
