Toddler Constipation

Not gonna go into too many details here... but I'm wondering, what can I feed my kid to help loosten his stool?... no I dont mean ex-lax. anything that he may like that I can simply add to his diet?

Karo syrup. Fill the baby's bottle with 3-4 tsp of Karo syrup and the rest with water. Shake well. My son used to get constipated really badly and our pediatrician gave us this little trick. It works wonders and the kids really like the taste.

I forgot about Apple Juice...the real stuff not the kind with a ton of added sugar and flavoring.

yeah, lots of fruit juice. prunes, raisins. Definitely no dairy, bananas or rice.

Straight up fruit juices, the real stuff, as mentioned already. My wife use to water it down all the time with my oldest, but it works better straight up.

Plum Smart juice works great and kids like it, just don't use too much.
