DAY 3

After 3 days of new meds, I am starting to feel some better. Blood sugar levels are trying to stay around 300 which is better but still high. The hunger is the worst part. 120 carbs a day isn't much but will be raised after the levels get under control. This means I can have 40 carbs per meal and if I go over, I have to cut back on the next meal. Oatmeal in the morning, a sandwitch for lunch then a meal for dinner. I hate eating in the mornings but I can't load too many carbs onto one meal. Big no no there. I also now have 2 different pairs of eyeware because your eyes change when the level goes up or down a lot so maybe now I can get back online for some gaming action. I been missing that a lot. I'm still suprised I don't leak from all the needle's I've been jabed with over the last few days with the bloodwork and all. I HATE neddles! Thats why I only have one tatto. I hope you see ya online soon and if it's not asking too much, would you mind having a pizza for me? Peace out.

What Tank said. Keep hydrated with good stuff - water, sugar free drinks and the like. Physical activity will lower your glucose too, tells your muscles to absorb the sugars and process them.

It's going to take probably 3 months to normalize your glucose again. Stick with it, try and drink a lot of water to thin out your blood and try to stay away from caffine and alcohol which dehydrate your blood. Glucose over 180 is damaging your organs so you want to try and keep your blood as full of water as possible.
