Now I'm PISSED!

   I've been a member of Gamefly for nearly a year. A week ago, i chaged the card on the account. A few days before i switched to a cheaper game plan. how did they thank me for staying with them through the hard times were going through? THEY BILLED MY CARD 3 DAYS EARLY!!!! I didn't have money in the account yet thinking I still had time. I let them have it!!!! What was their excuse? They tell me it is the policy of the company to bill AT ONCE when a new card is added! The did say they were sorry??? What A LOAD OF SHIT!!!! Then I hear from them again saying I had games out that was more than the plan I have now  to be out at once. THEY SHIPPED THE GAMES BY THE OLD PLAN AND BLAMED ME SAYING THEY WILL BILL ME IF GAMES ARE NOT RETURNED BY SUCH AND SUCH A DATE!!!! THEY HAVEN'T EVEN ARRIVED HERE YET!!!!! I've purchased I can't remember how many games as well as all the rentals. The moral of my story, If you have an account with them, DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT AS WELL!!! Blockbuster is looking better everyday!
