UPDATE

  All things considered, yesterday went well. We were able to put things out of the picture and had somewhat of a good time. On the other had, through a friend, an attorney who is a "headhunter", may be taking our case in this matter. They have a rep for not letting go until someone yells uncle. I will update on this later. Peace out.
