Don't understand the purpose of the lawsuit, why not just send a letter to Kraft stating the concern. Guess she just wants money and 15 minutes of fame.

I am bringing suit against the Pepsi Company because their so-called "Mountain Dew" in fact contains no dew. It's just not "Mountainey". The can I drank today was from Watertown, WI. There arent even any Mountains in Wi. WTF?
