This is really about the two "remakes" I've played this week, Ridge Racer 2 (PSP--Asian Version) and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

Ridge Racer 2 is exactly the same as Ridge Racer on the PSP.  It adds survival, duel, and I think arcade is changed.  That's it.  The world tour is the same.  Everything else is the same.  Considering how outstanding the first game was, that's not such a bad thing.  If you're mulling over getting it, DON'T get RR2 on PSP if you already have the RR on PSP, and DO GET RR2 instead of RR1.  The most ironic thing is the PSP version has the most amazing soundtrack!  You don't even have to pay a dollar for each extra song.

SotN on Xbox Live is exactly what you expect.  It's almost a clone of the original PS One version.  If that's what you want, you'll enjoy it.  Also, the only difference in the Enhanced graphics is better antialiasing.  Original==pixelated, Enhanced--not so much.either way, I recommend stretching the picture.  This time around, I'm finding the game to be easier.  Anyone else notice that, or am I getting it wrong?  If you don't feel like exploring 200.6% of the area, You may not like it much.
