Sony Fanboyism?

I have all of the systems now.  Of all of them, PS3 seems like it will shine brightly in a year or so.  But I'm afraid Sony will give it the PSP treatment.  Seriously, folks at Sony, this PS3 is all you have left!  I think it's time to start marketing it as fun instead of so-creepy-your-eyes-will-bleed.  Plus, as noted many times in serious journalism, the PS3 needs fun games!  Being a download portal for PSP is not a selling point when PSP is not that popular.

But you can use the PSP as a rear-view mirror in RR7! That's gonna move tons of units of BOTH systems! ;-)

I'll have to try that out. My PSP battery was dead and being recharged. Despite that the AC adapter was in, you can't update the firmware because "the battery is low." That's a flaw. Once I get 3.x on the PSP, I'll be able to check it out.

I hope Sony doesn't blow it, but so far they don't look like they have it all together. Your PSP analogy is spot on. I had high hopes for my PSP but more often than not I have been disappointed. So much promise for the system but a serious letdown in the actual deployment. I'll be watching and waiting to see if I should make the investment in a PS3. It's going to be difficult since MS seems to being hitting the "sweet spot" with 360 games and online capabilities.
