Xbox Live Arcade Challenge

So I finished the ever-so-grand Xbox Rewards Challenge from Old Spice.  All of the substantial gifts were gone on day 2 of the challenge, but I'm supposed to get Contra (I already have it), 100 gamer points, the "Level 2" gamer picture, and the level upgrade.  The level upgrade was instantaneous, so I'm now level 3.  Whoopie-Do.  I'm sure there will be higher levels later on because there are gamer scores dramatically higher than 10K.

This was the first time they had a challenge, so hopefully things will get more interesting.  For example, I'd love to see them have a sponsored challenge where they could give out whatever rewards to all successful entrants.  The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is the reward could be an entry into the "big prize" contest.

A nice side effect of this challenge was catching the game Prey at a severe price drop.  It was a great source of points and one of the best FPS games I've played in awhile.  I'm not a big fan of FPS, but Prey was a blast and makes me want Portal, dammit!  Also, the nice side-effect continued with breaking out the Tomb Raider: Legend that was still in the shrink wrap.  Same deal:  not a fan of Tomb Raider games, but Legend was nicely done with great voice acting, variety, a great plot, and a treasure hunt thru Croft Manor.

I don't know if the next challege will start in April, but Dynasty Warriors needs to come out if its shrink wrap, too.
