I quit quitting. I was just torturing myself with trying to quit. I do count the amount of times I smoke during the day and make sure I never smoke more than ten a day. In reality though, I rarely reach that number. When I'm occupied, smoking is the last thing on my mind...

Kudos. I'm around a pack a day but have semi-recently switched to American Spirit organic cigarettes. Theres no arsenic or cyanide so I feel a little better about myself each time I have one.

Way to go guys. I quit back in December - there are still moments of craving, but if I can wait them out for a good 3 minutes, I'm set. Definitely helps that you can notice benefits early on in the process.
