I just get used to staying up late all weekend gaming and I've gotta be in bed by midnight so I can be at work by 6 AM. Thankfully I've never really needed more than 5 or 6 hours of sleep during the week. i usually make it up on the weekends. My wife rules, she lets me sleep in on Saturdays and she takes care of my 11 month old son. My idiot employees at the plant, however, definately do NOT rule, as they wake me up at 7 AM on Saturday to ask me questions to which they should already know the answers. Gotta love that.
Anyway, played some online NCAA Football last night against Polaris. Nice first experience with online NCAA. Got my head handed to me, but only in the 4th quarter. It was 6-9 till I completely melted down. Penn State's QB must have lead socks because that boy cannot run. Luckily I've got Ohio State in the clan league, otherwise I might be worried. Now I'm at least gunning for "Not Dead Last" as I don't have the time to memorize every friggen play in the book. Polaris was cool, and we both discovered that Virginia Tech has the fattest placekicker in the history of the NCAA.
Rented Chromehouds, played some of the single player, not too impressed so far, but I might enjoy the multiplayer. Gonna give that a shot tomorrow night.
I have to drive to our other plant tomorrow, it's about a half hour drive, so it's not too bad. We have a video conference with yet another plant, this one in Quebec. I love video conferences because I get to count how many times the Corporate Engineer wipes his nose with his sleeve and he can't tell that I'm tallying up the wipes on my Palm TX. Gotta love technology. Here's to hoping he beats his long standing record of 18 nose-wipes in a one hour video conference.
Sheesh
