ANNOUNCEMENT

I found out yesterday that I did not get the permenent position I applied for.  My boss and my supervisor took me to a room and said that the interview is a test and you are graded on your answers.  My answers were not bad, just not detailed enough to get a high score.  Getting the job is 95% of how high you score on your interview. So he told me that I better apply next time, and I told him I would, and that I appreciated the feedback.  I will be ready next time.  He said after everything was done that he was suprised and disappointed...he said that he expected me to come in there and blow him away.  With that comment I felt really disapointed and angry in MYSELF for being to relaxed in the interview.  It was hard not too, though I have worked with these people for the last 6 months and consider both of them friends to say the least.  He said that not one of the contractors answered "that they were already doing the job they were interviewing for"  I thought that was insane..didn't really think I had to say that..lol now I know.
