Back to the Grind Stone

Well, I have a few minutes and thought I would blog  a little.  I returned to work this week from being pretty ill, and my desk was stacked with faxes, my monitor looked like it had broken out in a rash of stickies, and my email was sitting close to 500 unread...wow what a way to come back!  I was busy all day and didn't even seem to make a dent.  I have this week to get caught up on the 75 follow- up issues I have rotting on my plate at the moment., before next month's run hits...wow I feel like I will never make it.  It is nice to be back though, I love my job.

The kids got back from being in Ohio for 5 days.  I wish that I had not been so sick, we didn't so much because i stayed in bed most of the time :( 

Last night, we went to this little sushi place, and we tried some new things..It was the BOMB!  We had the spicy salman roll, Yellow Tail, Mackrael, and Matt tried this Louisianna Crawfish roll...hmmm I stayed away from that one, but he liked it.  all in all it was yumminess.  The service was outstanding, I mean before we had even finished our drinks they brought us refills.  Now let;s be clear on something though, this is NOT Tokyo Cafe, but comes in at a close second in my opinion.  Their Miso soup lacks the proper ingredients, and their ginger dressing just doesn't measure up....but the Sushi was outstanding.

I had a blast playing online last night with Fairy...I need to practice some more, but it was awesome.  I think I am getting better...lol..hard to tell though.  I started playing the story mode of RV6, and well to be quite honest, that shit is difficult.  The wookie had to walk me through the last half of the mission because (i am non directional, remember?) I didn't know where to go.  For me the objectives do not seem real clear, and on my own I would have wandered around and just got shot at the last half.  Maybe I need a Stratedgy Guide.....lol

Well, I guess that is all for now..just a quick update....

On a side note....I miss Rabb  :(
