WHAT DID YOU SAY???

LOL, that is how I felt this morning when I didn't hear the alarm or my husband telling me to get out of bed this morning. I was laying on my right side. Most of you know that I was real sick this summer. I just couldn't get well. Well my ear has been jacked since then when I had that first ear infection months ago. I've been hearing "under water" for what seems like an eternity. Well this morning I went completely deaf in that ear. Could hear a thing. Got up and drove my very unhappy ass to the DR. He checke me out, and said that I have very dainty ear canals and that it is blocked with ear wax. He said the nurse can flush it out for me, and then he can look at my ear drum. Well, that was a very unpleasant experience to say the least. She used a big fat srynge with a plastic catheder at the end. It took about 15 minutes to flush. It felt a little better and I could at least hear, but it is still under water. The DR comes in and looks and says that I have fluid behind my ear drum and that it is an ear infection. He looks at my nose and my throat and says that I have a nasty bug. Good news is that it is all above my chest. Fucking A for that. I am congested, and nasal-ly, sore throat and swallon glands. I went to pick up my antibiotic from WalMart and found out that it is $130.00 for ten pills. So I have to call the DR back and see if he will perscribe something else cheaper, or give me samples. He told me that I couldn't leave the office unless I got a flu shot. He said that if I didn't get the shot I would be back in his office in a month or so with the flu. So I got the shot.
