So, I haven't been doing too much gaming over the last month or so because I've been busy rolling out Data Vault.

Data Vault a little program that I wrote that you can store all of your password information in (don't worry, it's encrypted) and recall with one pass-phrase. I wrote it because I like to use different passwords for different sites but sometimes I find myself not being able to remembering which one to use! If you have the same problem of not being able to remember your passwords give Data Vault a shot!

You can download the shareware version of the program over at downloads.com or you can head on over to my site Robs Tool Shed and click on the Data Vault link.

The full version is a whopping $5 and 100% of the proceeds will go to buying new components for a gaming PC :)

Just to throw in *something* gaming related....

I played a game of Civilization 4 on Monday from start to finish...I forgot how incredibly addicting that game was! Just...one...more...turn! I think it took me about 6 hours from start to finish but it was quite a bit of fun.

I re-enabled my WoW account in hopes of joining guildies for Sunday night raids in the old Azeroth instances. I'm not terribly interested in getting "full-force" back into the game at the moment, but the Sunday night thing sounded like it was worth getting in on.

Too bad you are charging for the full version. It would be a good app to add to portableapps.com. I think they only take open source free stuff.

Funny you should mention that...I'm actually running it on my USB key :) It requires .NET 2.0 on the host machine so it may not be the best thing for you unless you know the host machine is running something relatively up-to-date. Besides...how else am I supposed to come up with the dough for my new gaming rig to play TF2 on? :P
