Help

So finally my xbox live subscibtion has been suspended.......(due to closing of bank account), and when I try to sign in I get the blade on the right that comes up, and says
to change payment plan, then you can update your profile or cancel, I try to update, it goes to my account management screen, freezes, and then signs me out, and goes back to
the dashboard. I try to sign in, and the process repeats. Now Durty's account is still active, and she can sign in with no problems, and on my profile, unable to sign in.  It will go online to update a game, but wont let me get online to update my account and change payment plans.........WTF gives? Anyone know what to do here? I have a few freemonth codes (thanks to a few of you) but you cant redeem them online, they must be done on your xbox 360. and you cant redeem them unless your signed in,,,,,,AND IT WONT FUCKING LET ME SIGN IN........FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
