Resident Evil 2. Had 4 playthrough scenarios and the coolest unlockable character ever. Tofu.

I have to vote for RE1. (since you didn't have RE; Dead Aim on the list....j/k) it had a major influence on me switching from PC to Console gaming. but you don't get a series with this many spin offs, sequals, movies, ect. unless the origional was AWESOME.
