Damn Freeze Ups

Something that I'm sure all of us have experienced before.

Decided to pull out NCAA and play a dynasty game last night.  I go in to the game ranked #3 in the nation and should have an easy game against Northwestern.  Game turns out to be quite competitive as I break into a 17-10 lead early in the fourth quarter.  The clock is ticking down, and I have posession of the ball....tick.....tick....tick.....3rd down and 1 yard to go for a first down for me with 1:51 left in the game.  The heart is racing since close games always bring intensity.....Northwestern calls a time out and.........NOTHING!  No controller repsonse, nothing at all except for some pretty shots of the stadium.

We've all been there before with freeze ups.  I had just spent the past hour of my night pouring my heart into that game with no result.  A note to my NCAA game....Next time you want to not keep going with the game, please, please do it during the 1st quarter.


Please feel my pain with me as it still burns me that it happened so late in the game.
