As I got older, it became harder and harder to find time to stay active. Now I’m in my mid thirties and don’t get near the exercise I should. I’d like to exercise, but a few things keep getting in the way. I don’t want to spend a lot of time exercising when I could be doing something else, I find most exercises boring, I don’t own any exercise equipment, and just an overall lack of motivation.
I love to swim, but in order to do that everyday I’d have to drive over to my parent’s house and that just cuts into too much of my free time. Running sucks, so that’s out. A bike ride wouldn’t be bad, but I don’t own a bike. Basically, I just want to do something that’s not very time consuming, is somewhat fun, and will help me burn some calories. Anybody got any ideas?
