Yummy!

I came home to a pleasant surprise last night. Like most people, we normally don’t cook anything to elaborate during the week. We rely on takeout, leftovers, the microwave, and any combination of the three. However, yesterday, my wife had bought some Angus steaks and cooked out on the grill before I got home. These steaks were an inch thick, juicy, and she cooked them to perfection. We also had diced potatoes (wrapped in tin foil and cooked on the grill), asparagus, and salad. It was a pretty good spread for the middle of the week. Then, we played Halo the rest of the night. My wife rocks!
