Its been a while, but my memory tells me that this is much ado about nothing. I don't have the energy to look up the specifics, but basically, there was a rule around our borrowing.....this rule change caused the graph that you show at the bottom. \r \r Realistically: borrowing really hasn't increased that much of late. But some technical aspect of the borrowing changed so the graph is legit but severely misleading.\r \r NG

That rule was probably Sarbanes-Oxley. They messed a lot of stuff up with that.
