Red Ring of Death - Wednesday Night Disappointment

What else is good to blog about except losing your xbox 360 for a couple of weeks to the red ring of death.

Watched my PVRd Fringe - great show - and then Lost and turned on Halo for a couple of hours of gaming. As soon as a I got matched up for my traditional warm up SWAT game, my headphones screamed at me, the screen froze with vertical distortion. Oh-oh. On-Off-On-Off-On---RED FLASHING LIGHTS. SHIT.

So the repair request is in and I am just waiting for my shipping label - X-Value provided me the box that the Big M sent his back to him in, so they are getting it back with mine. I know this is a known problem and one that they have fixed with their new version out now, but seriously - how can a console last just over a year - preaching to the converted...I know!

Glad I got PS3 for X-mas so now I can spend some quality time with MGS4 and Little Big Planet.
