So I call xbox support to follow up on my issue from my last blog entry and I am told the case wasn't submitted properly and it is sitting in the wrong queue. This is fucking horseshit, and I demand to talk to whoever I need to so I can get this fixed. I get a supervisor on the phone and she assures me everything is correct now, just like I was told the last 8 times I have called.
The supervisor "Morgan" tells me that she doesn't have any place to transfer me, so I tell her to have her supervisor call me and have the "fraud" team call me to ensure it gets in the right queue and they have it.
Anyone have any connections with xbox that could help out with this mess?
