I just spent 30 minutes typing up a detailed blog entry...  This one was even related to H2.

In the course of creating this entry for the edification and benefit of my fellow 2o2pers, I cleared the temporary internet files and cookies in IE.  Still had the blog post window open though.

When I hit submit entry... nothin.

No new entry... grrr.

When I hit the Back button, it took me back to the main blog page... grrr.

So there went 30 minutes down the drain, and now I dont feel like re-typing it.

Maybe another time.  Sorry guys.

This happened to me once and I learned the hard way to type everything up in Word first and save often. It really sucks though man, I feel your pain. I redid the blog I lost (it was my second) but I dont think I ever really got it to come out the same way as the original. It is hard to get your heart back into it. Bummer dude.

I find your experience oddly familiar. Too familiar. Im not blaming IE since so many things can go wrong on the web. Still I have trouble covering my ass before hitting that submit button. Im getting better but from time to time you people miss seeing some arguably quality comments that never get retyped.

I noticed if i only puff a little bit before starting my entry, i dont get sidetracked as much and end up clearing cookies and stuff. Rather, I wait to relight while i read it over after the submission :)
