New BackYard Addition

Decided to get a grill this year,  I had some birthday money and some yard sale money saved up.   OSH had this 5 burner Stainless Steel Mansterpiece on sale plus no sales tax over the weekend.  I wasn't sure who 'GrillPro' was but turns out they're Onward Manufacturing from Canada who make stuff under GrillPro, BroilKing and Sterling brand names and been in business since 1906 so I figure it's a pretty solid brand in terms of getting replacement parts later.  Puting it together by myself was a bit of a chore but I got it done.

It's got the five burners of course, one side burner and one burner on the back wall for rotissering which it also came with a rotissery arm and motor.  896 square inches of cooking surface and 60,000 bdu's  (big tim allen grunts).  Grills are porcelane coated cast iron, same stuff the wife's Le Cruset pots are made out of and i know those have held up real well over the years.

Anyway, going to burn some nice fatty burgers in it later today to get seasoning the grill, then i'll cook some steaks.  FLAME ON!
