Ironic I should write about how your attitude affects your business and life. It's a long story, so I'll cut it short. Before you buy anything through Best Buy credit, it may be of benefit if you PM me first. I spent over an hour on the phone today being tossed around like a dirty sock from person to person. It's as close to cussin' someone as I've been in a long time. Buyer Beware.

rabb, your right. John Newton...slave trader turned preacher and abolitionist. Also, the author of the famous hymn, "Amazing Grace"

There are very few genuinely stupid people alive. Some are indifferent, others just have different information. But I highly doubt your mentally unable to learn new things.

Hope you get it worked out. I had a terrible experience with the Circuit City knuckleheads years ago that made me quit taking my custom there. It ended with a formal apology from the district manager and the finance company, with generous discounts offered. I still won't darken their doorstep. Believe me, I was cussing a storm! :D
