Lotso fun last nite. ;; Thank you WG for the challenge. ;; I hope we can do more of that. ;; And naturally thank you profanity for allowing me to participate under my psuedonym ii 0sirus ii. ;; The team promoted FaceHumper to team captain and voted the color green for the color of the nite in honor of the holiday.

game 1:

Tone: ;; Frenetic action

Edge: I felt profanity had an edge, but the frenetic tone was set by the WG. ;; Immediately after the start of the game Profanity found themselves running away for cover. ;; For the first part of the game I was feeling the inexperience of the team playing alongside each other. ;; It was really apparent when I did manage to find cover that ;;I would find my three teammates huddled closely with me trying to dodge the barrage of fire. ;; If you stop and think the last place you wanna see teammates is after you run your ass under the lift you see all three scrambling around dodging nades in the same room with you. ;; We were corraled several times in the beginning into tight quarters. ;; After settling into the sniper tower to regroup and level our heads, things started to turn. ;; We were swapping kills which was a nice turn of events after the first few minutes. ;; Strats were switched somewhat and we had a one or two stationed fire people at set positions around the snipe tower and teams of two to three would patrol the map. ;; We would have preferred the BR tower, but the WG just werent havin that. ;; The assists racked up quickly and the relief of all the death experienced was left in the way side. ;; We just stopped dying and we experienced a run to the finish. ;; One of the things that complicated the start was my unfamiliarity with location names and general strats for the map and gametype. ;; Sure we practised a bit before the match, but most of the pointers we exchanged were betrayals and laughs. ;; I need to thank my teammates for my finish. ;; My game may have looked impressive, but I cant count the number of times I was one shot down towards death when a teammate would chime in a shot or two to put me ahead.

Game 2: ;;

Tone: teeter totter to smooth execution by profantiy

Once again the WG set the tone here. ;; They came out fierce and determined after the first loss where they had the game legitimatey won for the first 3-4 minutes. ;; The first scores were made at the same time by both teams. ;; Predictably at the start of the game I was grumbling about the ineffectiveness of my shotty :( . ;; For a few minutes no one could get a score. ;; The gameplan was switched almost on queu when Taxi announced he had defense on the top of the building. ;; The rest of the game was Elway like passing between myself Hump and Taxi with Bmp being an all around irratant for the team. ;; The Flag toss of the match goes to Humper, who sealed the match with an impressive toss to Taxi for the win. ;; I myself managed a good amount of tossess out of the base that ended up in Humpers eager grip. ;; He was the player of the game for this one.

Game 3:

Tone: Again a little crazy

Once again like a broken record. ;; WG came out blazing and gained an early impressive lead in this one. ;; Not too mention they were racking a lot of early kills. ;; As time went on we were able to get a foothold and gain some time. ;; I believe the transition came about when we realized we had nades and that we could indeed use them. ;; Very close game, but even with the early loss of the lead once again we found a groove and settled in it.

The games were great. ;; WG absolutely kept us honest on every map. ;; Applying early pressure and forcing us to make big plays if we wanted to win. ;; A lot of fun was had. ;; This was my first outing on the books for profanity and was glad I could contribute. ;; If you notice my reviews of each game got shorter and shorter. ;; I was drinking :) .

There was only one bad of the nite. ;; Lots of my 2o2p clan was playing for a short notice clan nite and had asked them to invite after the challenge. ;; The timing was bad and it seemed everytime I tried to join they were in a team training game 4v4. ;; Ah well, look out for me next time asshats. ;; Ill be around.
