Shared on Thu, 11/22/2007 - 11:53My Feast: Started cooking last night, I made a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Last night I also marinated, using my vacuum sealer, two Rib-eye Roast and two whole chickens (with a brown sugar glaze). This morning at 8 I started slow roasting the Rib-eye roasts and the chickens. I also made 18 deviled eggs, roasted garlic and herb mashed potatoes and french onion dip. Later I will start the glazed sweet potatoes, corn and stuffing. This meal should last a couple days lol This is the first year I am not making a turkey, we all decided the roast and chicken would be better.
