Shared on Sun, 06/24/2007 - 10:44I have been working on losing weight since February and so far it's going ok. I've lost 45lbs and I would like to lose at least 30 more. Sounds like a lot to lose I know, and no I never looked like I was that big because I am so tall. I just don't like the shape I am in and in order for me to start working out to rebuild my muscles and reshape my figure I need to first lose the weight. Once I start working out I will gain weight back because I tend to bulk up like guys do.
I am not your typical skinny girl, I have always been "built". I ran track, did dance team and color guard. I was always in shape up until I had my bad car wreck. After that I just kinda went down hill. I am hoping to get back to what I was before the wreck.
Now to the questions...We live in the middle of NO WHERE! There aren't any health clubs or gyms around here. I have a tread mill that I don't like to use cause I'd rather walk outside. I also have an Ab Lounge and something I purchased a few years ago called the Lateral Thigh Trainer. I just don't have the energy to work out once I get home, and i have such a hard time sleeping at night that it's difficult for me to get up early. Any suggestions? Something that would be fun and yet good for my workout? Going out dancing would be great if I had anywhere around here to go. Dancing at home just isn't the same, it's just not as fun to dance by yourself in the living room. Suggestions PLEASE!?!?!?
Thanks,
Ice
