The premise of the site is that it's bullshit that you can get an easy 1000 achievement points in a game like Avatar, yet getting the same score in a game like Gears or Halo is so much harder to do. So your gamerscore really doesn't represent your actual achievements in gaming. So what they do is give achievements new values, based on how rare that achievement is (# of players with that achievement vs. total players of the game). Seems like a cool idea to me.
I'm still waiting for my login to be processed. Apparently they had 1000 new users in an hour, which was 5x their highest number of new users in a day, so they're a bit overloaded at the moment. I'm anxious to see what my "Bladder of Steel" achievement is worth, as that was a lot of work for 25 measly points.
