Unplayed Games

Anyone else have as many unplayed (and unopened) games as I have? 

My time during the week for gaming is usually pretty limited (I get *maybe* 1-2 hours of weeknight gaming per week), so I usually only play on the weekends.  But I also can't turn down a good deal when I see one, so I end up picking up games when the price is right.  Typically that is $30 for a AAA title, $20 for a game with pretty good reviews, and $10 for a game that looks interesting to me no matter what the reviews say.

Recently there have been some great deals around, what with Circuit City going under and Target having many games go on clearance.  And right now I have 11 games that I have not even started on yet.  That is a full 33% of my collection.  Here are my untouched games, along with the rest of my collection (games and movies).  There are some great games on there, but I find myself getting sucked in by one game or another for a period of time, and these remain untouched.

Latest addition to that list is Crackdown, which I got for $9 at Circuit City's liquidation.  I expect I'll be getting around to playing it in about...oh, 6 months.

thank GAWD there is someone else like me around here. I love gaming, but life ... dammit life gets in the way! I game not nearly as often as people on the stie. but then again, I'm happy so I guess that is what it is.

right there with ya, im not going to buy another game until i've played the ones i have. currently playing through star wars:force unleashes just finished dead space plan to take both of those, trade 'em in and get skate2. im not going to even touch the game (sk82) till i beat oblivion and last remnant, not sure what im going to trade those two in for though...any ideas? i figured if i beat the games i have, then trade them in for another i'll eventually run out..

I'm with you...... Although I have all these games and at times I just sit on my pc not wanting to play anything. I have about 10 games that I haven't even started. O well.

The bad thing is that I've got more on my list to buy. After playing through Fallout I really want to get Oblivion, but that would be ANOTHER 60-80 hours gone without touching these other games...

Awesome man! I've got several 360 games unopened along with a bunch of Xbox 180 and PS2 games unopened. Got even more movies the same way. Maybe I'll count them one of these days.
