As a human being, I have a right:

1. To be considered as a mature adult

2. To have my needs be of equable importance to the needs of others

3. To make mistakes and to be responsible for them

4. To make my own decisions

5. To say “No” with out feeling guilty

6. To express my opinion

7. To feel and express anger as well as other emotions as long as I do not hurt myself or others.

8. To be listened to

9. To be responsible for my self and my actions

10. To say “ I don’t know” or “I don’t understand”

11. To feel positive about myself and my accomplishments
